my trip to India.. nyeh2..

here are some pics that i have from my trip to india.. it was frm 24th June 07 - 1st July 07.. me n my lady boss-cum-my dearest sista; kak ida accompanied a troop of armies for their official trip to India.. we covered New Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore..

Gamba ni sbenanye nk tjukkn 'rantai bunga' yg kitorg dpt upon arrival kat airport.. kan org2 India slalu pakai bunga ni ms ade pe2 keraian... so sbb nk tjuk cantik, i letak la kat ateh my bed.. kitorg dpt duk bilik suite tuh.. hehe agent kat sane upgradekan our room.. ade flat screen lg.. jgn jeles!

4th pic - d lady boss wit d VIPs wives.. hehe.. this was my 1st ever experience in hvg 2 entertain wives of VIP - tho kak ida made much2 more contribution sbb she dh biase handle org2 besau neh la kan.. hehe n me mcm biase.. kuli jerk.. ekeke..

Beijing.. continued..

here r some more pics frm my trip...

since d grup yg i bwk is frm TNB Ipoh, so they all asked whether they can hv a luk at beijing's power grid.. So ni la Power Grid building (similar to our TNB HQ)... most office buildings in beijing are memanjang n wud not exceed 6 or 7 floors up.. (haha mcm documetary la plak ek..)

alrite, this is the 1st ever built mosque in beijing - The Niujie Mosque (sgt gumok kot aku dlm gmba neh!!)

okie dokie.. i took this pic by myself upon reaching Summer Palaces' peak.. nak amik gmba background sbenanye.. hehe cameragirl ter'over' la plak...

this is me in one of d pagodas at summer palace.. mak oiii jauhnye nak kene jalan kat sini... naik turon bukit, tangge, nak avoid xleh coz d bus is waiting on d other side of d mountain.. so nak x nak kene redah gak! pity to sum of my grup members yg x lrt tu...(tour leader pun naik semput tau!)

hehe.. ni lah gamba my room.. sharing with kak bedah.. d secretariat of d grup.. very spacious room, tp katil keras mcm tdo ateh papan pun ade.. hehehe... travel free, gasakle janji leh tdo!

the monument behind me is the national stadium of beijing... which is about to be overshadowed by the bird's nest stadium.. hehehe... tgkla..tembamnye tuan punye kamera n modelnye...

bestest bday bash...evaa!!!

well...its saturday..7th April 2007..my born day...yayyyy!!

haha..it sorta started wif a boring, tiring working saturday...got a group of armies to KK n Zamboanga on Monday..so kene prepare all out la kan...suddenly in d middle of meeting ngan bosses, my phone bunyik sms...(time tu dah kul 1 pm..perut dh bkeroncong seh..tapi tpakse tahan gak..haha) ...bile i mtk excuse to go to toilet (pdhal nak pi tgk sms)...tgk2 i got 1 sms frm kak aNNe n abg Yat..asking me to go out for lunch...huhu..btape gundah gulanyenye hati ni...so dgn sedihnye tpakse lah reply "kak N...katy xleh nak kua kot...meeting x abis lg ni...tapi if u guys nak amik brg yg u ol kirim kat beijing tu, u ol dtgla, i'll just drop it kejap downstairs.."

then suddenly kak aNNe replied "alaaa...bising lagila abg yat ni ha...mane xnye...adik dia sorang neh asyik bz ajerk....arituh dah postpone..ni postpone lagi..." --alamak...serbe slhnyeee....xleh jadi ni....gotta think of sumtinh...

and so this happened.."kak ida, can i be excused during this lunch hour? ade lunch date ar..membe nak blanje makan..pls??" then she go talk to her dad; d big boss...n guess wat he said "oooooo....hari ni u're bday ya?? okey..go lah..but must come back to finish all this.." --yayyyyyy!!!

so then i went to lunch at tepi tasik (tgh2 panas terik okey) haha...tapi we ol duk bwh pokok...they bought kfc for me and asked me to tgu kat bwh pokok..we ol slalu lepak kat situ dlu2 bg ikan n tuntung roti...so i pun duk la smbil replying sms frm my fwenz yg wish my bday when suddenly...........................

"happy birthday to you...happy birthday to you...happy birthday to kathy...happy birthday to youuuu" ---- aaaaaaaaa abg yat wif a box of cake in his hands; candles lighted and a shoe box in kak anne's...kak anne jerit2 "cepat2 tiup lilin tuuu!! and here's a present for u...teka ape dlm niii??"---n dgn jujurnye bday girl jawap "kasutlaaa....kan kotak kasut tuuu" (wpun dlm hati ni mcm pelik apsal la x balut kotak ni?? bg cmtu je...kot ye pun nak direct, agak2la kan...) n dgn senyuman yg sgt manis kak anne pun jwp 'haaa bagus2....pandai teka...bukakla cpattt!!"

bday gurl pun bukak la....jeng jeng jeng...."miawwwww"---AAAAAAA...kucingggggg!!!!!!!!omigoshhh...there's a cute lil orange-coloured kitten inside!!!!!!!!!

i juz read this story in friendster's bulletin board couple of minutes ago..it wuz posted by "Da Beast"..a guy whom i had known only thru his friendster and blog...we chatted a lil bit,but i guess i just wasnt interesting nuff for him to have long deep or exciting conversations...his d type of guy that i wish i cud have..eventho i know tat he has an exquisite and high taste for gals..plus he had gone thru a devastating experience wif his ex..and d fact that his life is totally diff compared to mine...nevertheless..i just sumhow wish i had d chance to know and be ur special someone, Azimi..(sigh)...(haha..sounds like a very desperado girl kan..ekeke..watever...it just seems right to write this rite now..)

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jarwas full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes".

The professor then produced two cans of beer from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.The golf balls are the important things, your family, your children, your health, your friends, your favorite passions, things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

"The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, your car. The sand is everything else, the small stuff. "If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "There is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house, and mow the lawn.

Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities.The rest is just sand.

"One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the beer represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of beers."
